Parveen Dhillon

Since completing her PGCE in 2006, Parveen held several roles within education before joining Beauchamp in 2021. Excelling as a class teacher of Psychology and Sociology for several years, Parveen was promoted and has since held various leadership positions - including as Assistant Headteacher of Teaching and Learning - prior to joining Beauchamp.

Upon joining the College in 2021, Parveen worked as Head of Psychology until the opportunity arose for a more pastoral role as Head of Year within the Sixth Form team. Parveen finds this to be the most rewarding position in her career to date - supporting students in a pastoral capacity and working as part of a larger SSC team.
